Refunds & Returns Policy

At The Watchly, our top priority is that you have the best experience with us. We currently sell in 24 countries, so the rules can vary from country to country. Please carefully read our full returns policy below to understand returns for your country.

Easy Returns (EU Only)

  • Eligibility: Customers within the European Union may return items for a change of mind within 14 days of delivery. Orders delivered outside the EU are not eligible for returns based on change of mind.
  • Condition: Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, unworn, and undamaged, with all original packaging, tags, and the product box intact.
  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs to one of our designated EU warehouses.
  • Refund Timeline: Upon receiving your return and verifying the condition, we will process your refund within 2 business days, but please allow up to 7 business days for processing by your bank.
Steps to Request a Return (Change of Mind)
  1. Contact us to initiate the return process.
  2. We will request photos of the item to verify its condition.
  3. After approval, we will provide return instructions.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, a full refund will be issued within 2 business days.

Note: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


Free Exchanges (EU & Australia Only)

  • Eligibility: Free exchanges for a change of mind are available within 14 days for orders delivered in the European Union and Australia. Orders outside these regions are not eligible.
  • Condition: Items must be in original condition, including packaging and tags.
  • Shipping Costs: We cover the cost of return shipping for exchanges.
  • Exchange Limit: Each order is eligible for one exchange per item.
  • Processing: Replacement items will be shipped within 1-2 business days after your return is processed.
Steps to Request an Exchange
  1. Contact us to start the exchange.
  2. We will request photos of the item to verify its condition.
  3. After approval, we will provide return instructions.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process the exchange, and any price difference will be refunded/charged accordingly.
  5. A tracking number will be provided once the new item is shipped.

Note: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


Damaged/Incorrect Items

  • Eligibility: If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, you are eligible for a refund within 14 days of delivery.
  • Processing: Refunds will be processed within 2 business days after the return of the incorrect or damaged item, but please allow up to 7 business days for processing by your bank.
Steps to Request a Refund (Damaged/Incorrect Items)
  1. Contact us with a photo of the item.
  2. We will provide a free return shipping label and instructions.
  3. Once the item is returned, we will issue a refund.

Note: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


Cancellations

Due to our quick order processing, please contact us within 1 hour of purchase for cancellations. We cannot guarantee cancellation beyond this time if the item has already been dispatched. All cancellations will be confirmed via email.

Receiving the Wrong Item

We apologise if you have received the wrong item. Please email us a photo, and we will assist in rectifying the situation.

Delivery Dates

Estimated delivery dates are provided on each product page. However, these are guidelines, and we do not issue refunds for orders delivered after the estimated dates. We cannot guarantee delivery by specific dates for events or occasions, so please leave some time in case your package gets delayed.

Missing Parcels

If your parcel is marked as delivered but has not been received, we will investigate with the logistics team. If confirmed as lost, we will issue a replacement or refund. Unfortunately, we are unable to compensate for stolen packages, as this needs to be resolved with local authorities.

Rejected Deliveries

We kindly ask that you please accept all deliveries from us, as rejecting a shipment is not an accepted form of return, regardless of the reason. If a delivery is rejected, it will be considered a change of mind return and will incur a re-stocking fee. Additionally, the original shipping costs are non-refundable, and the re-stocking fee will be deducted from your refund once the item is returned to our warehouse in its original condition.

Additional Information

For orders outside of the EU, we are not required to provide a refund if you change your mind (including if a watch is bigger than you thought it would be). Please carefully check product details, as returns for incorrect sizing or dissatisfaction are not accepted.

We also do not allow customers to purchase multiple items with the hope of returning some of them. We suggest trying watches in a local store to ensure the perfect fit before purchasing online.

Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.
