Unauthorised Repairs
Please note that we are unable to cover the costs of any repairs or battery changes that have not been approved by us first. After we approve your warranty claim, you are then free to choose any repairer of your choice. We encourage you to choose a reputable watch repair service, as we’re unable to cover any extra damage that could happen during the repair.
